Dear Young
friends,
Greetings
to you in the precious name of Lord God.
I know most of you are busy with
the last time preparation for board/school examinations. Now
almost all pre-board or model exams are over, practical exams
are done. Hope, the marks you obtained in the model exams will
help you to analyze yourself and make up the weak points.
Most of you are tensed and
confused about the coming final exam. Don’t let the stress get
to you.
Here’s some tips to face the
exams confidently.
Pray:
A few minutes prayer before the study will make you feel
stronger and relaxed. God is in every aspect of your life, He
wants you to get succeed. So ask His presence and blessings, He
will be with you.
Lose the
excuses:
There are many things around you – tempting to put off
study. Just avoid it and concentrate on your study. Once you
give ear to the temptations, then it will easily capture you.
Get help from
others:
Don’t be ashamed to ask help. There are many people around you
to help you, your parents, teachers, friends, church group.
Eat well:
Try to avoid junk food and eat healthy food. A healthy
body will support your mind to keep healthy.
Get your rest-
Oh no need to point it. We all are tempted to take more
rest when we
have lots to
study. Get good sleep every night, including the exam days.
Don’t be over
or less
slept.
Take breaks
– Small breaks from studies will freshen up your mind and
memory
“Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a
workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly
handles the word of truth”. 2 Timothy 2:15
Be ready
as the five wise virgins in the bible story.
“But the wise took oil in their vessels
with their lamps.” Mathew 25:4
They
were prepared enough so even if the Bride groom came late they
were not ashamed to face him.
This is applicable to your
spiritual examinations too. You should be prepared for it too.
Spend time with God, lose the excuses of being absent from
prayer meetings and other church activities, get help from
elders whenever you are in spiritual trouble, eat well the
verses from Bible, get rest from the worldly things by taking
enough breaks to freshen up your mind and energy with God.
You are not alone in this battle
field; you have many people around to support you. Many prayer
warriors like your family members and church members are lifting
up you to God.
Like David went to offend
Goliath, go with what you have. Trust in God. You will win the
battle – the school exams and the spiritual exams.
May God’s blessings and presence
be with you where ever you are and whenever you need. With
best wishes ………. |
