Spend
your time with God

Once
upon a time there lived a boy named Joel. He always disobeyed
his parents. He never prays. He was always busy with
television and computers. (Now a day’s children are with these
things instead of being with God) Once day his mother told
Him to come
for the evening prayer that was going in the church. He was
very much busy with an English film. He said to his mother that
prayer is going everyday in our church. But this film is only
for today. Prayer is nothing important to me. His mother was
so sad to here his words. She decided to ask Lord for help.
She prayed the same for a long time. God heard her prayers and
decided to teach Joel a lesson. Slowly his computers and
television stopped working. He was bored in his house. There
was nothing to do. He went to his mother and told her that he
is coming for the evening prayer as there was nothing to do in
his house. His mother was so surprised, she said “oh what a
miracle” and she cried with joy. STOP ! STOP! STOP!” He said.
Don’t get excited so much. I am just coming, because it’s
boring here. I am not changed at all. He pretended his
behavior same as before because he was ashamed to reveal the
truth. He went for prayer that day. He heard the message of
the pastor. It was about the children of this generation and
their changes. He started to spend time with God everyday.
Slowly he was changed a lot Every body knew that God was with
him. From his small stage itself he started to talk about God
to every one. When he grew up he became a pastor. He specially
talked about the young generation.
(Be with God, spend your time with
God instead of spending time with evil things)
